Alzheimer's Disease Support Group
Tuesday June 18th, 2013

"It Takes a Village to Support, to Teach, to Care"
The Lutheran Home: Belle Plaine and its chapter of the Alzheimer's Association provide resources and a support group for community members whose lives are touched by Alzheimer's disease and other memory loss disorders. The monthly support group is free and open to the public.
We will be meeting on Tuesday, June 18, 2012 from 6:30-7:30 p.m. at Kingsway Retirement Living in the Ratzkeller. Kingsway is the newest community for seniors on The Lutheran Home Campus.
"Caring and Sharing" will be the topic.

NOTE: Therapeutic Respite Care is available for your loved one with Alzheimer's/Dementia for the hour, while you attend the Support Group Meeting.
