Our 22-acre campus offers independent senior living, rehabilitative and long-term skilled nursing care, Alzheimer’s care, an intermediate care facility and apartments for people with disabilities, an intermediate care facility, rehabilitative therapy and chaplaincy services.
Jesus Cares Ministries, an outreach program to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, is based in Belle Plaine. Our JCM Coordinators and Representatives provide training and assistance to congregational volunteers across to help them provide Bible classes, simplified worship services and fellowship opportunities across the nation.
Our Summer Ministry Experience, a 2-month program for college students to learn about outreach ministry to people with special needs, is also based in Belle Plaine.
