The Lutheran Home Campus in Belle Plaine
Our 22-acre continuum of care campus offers a variety of housing and health care options in a Christian setting. A clinic with family medical services provided by the Mayo Clinic Health System is also located conveniently on campus. Campus staff includes a full-time ordained chaplain.

The Lutheran Home: Belle Plaine offers both long-term and short-term skilled nursing care. Short-term care includes transitional care services and respite care. The Wellness and Rehabilitation Center provides rehabilitative therapies to residents and community members. The Special Care Residence is dedicated to serving individuals with Alzheimer’s or other forms of dementia.
The Lutheran Home: Hope Residence is a home for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities 18 or older. This Intermediate Care Facility includes four neighborhoods or living areas, a sensory room and a variety of social and recreational opportunities.

Faith Residence Apartments has 8 apartments for individuals with disabilities 18 or older. Tenants must meet the the income requirements prescribed by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
Kingsway Retirement Living offers independent living, assisted living and memory care for individuals 55 or better. Services and amenities include restaurant-style dining, community areas and social and recreational opportunities.
Boessling Lutheran Village Apartments offers 24 units of affordable housing for seniors 62 years of age and older. Tenants must meet the income requirements prescribed by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
Market-rate Patio Homes are offered for individuals 55 and better. These offer comfort and privacy without the responsibility of home maintenance. The single-story layout easily adapts as lifestyles and needs change. Owners are part of an association.
