The Lutheran Home: River Falls is connected by a breezeway to WelLHaven Senior Apartments. WelLHaven offers independent living and assisted living services, completing our continuum of care.

Additionally, you can easily go to the River Falls Senior Center through the breezeway that connects us to WelLHaven Senior Apartments.
If you enjoy the outdoors, our patio and gazebo are also spots to enjoy a visit and scenic views.
Rehabilitative therapies and short-term care
If you need physical, speech or occupational therapies, we offer both inpatient and outpatient services for all ages. We partner with nationally recognized Aegis Therapies. The therapists are especially knowledgeable about meeting geriatric needs.
Our rehabilitative therapies and short-term care helps meet your therapy needs, including:
- Knee or hip replacement recovery
- Sprains or strains
- Arthritis or chronic pain
- Balance training
Long term-skilled nursing care
Our long-term care is focused on serving people whose chronic conditions require continuing care. We are able to help provide more substantial care to meet your or your loved one’s needs.
Respite and adult day care services
Our respite, hospice and adult day care services are available for our residents and community.
We understand many committed caregivers provide around-the-clock care to a loved one in their home and that they many need some time away from these daily tasks.
Our individualized respite care services provide caregivers the opportunity to rest or attend to errands or other personal items.
We also provide adult day care services in an informal setting on a one-to-one request.
Hospice services
Hospice services are available for individuals facing terminal illness.
Spiritual care
Spiritual care is an important part of what we do. Our staff includes an ordained full-time campus chaplain, Pastor Curt Seefeldt. He leads Bible classes and worship services. If desired, he is available for personal Biblical counseling as well.

Jim Selvy has worked in different areas in senior living for over 25 years, including administration and project development. He is excited to return to The Lutheran Home Association as Administrator at The Lutheran Home Campus in River Falls. The most rewarding part of his work is creating peace of mind for seniors and their families, and he appreciates that care of the soul is a high priority here. In their free time, Jim and his wife enjoy family time and motorcycling.
