Marketing August 29, 2014

FOUNTAIN CITY, WISC. August 29, 2014: Many of the residents of St. Michael’s Assisted Living are those who made significant contributions to our community. They have been teachers, business owners, veterans, civic leaders, public officials, parents, and grandparents, who have contributed so much to not only Fountain City, Cochrane and Buffalo City, but Arcadia, Onalaska and LaCrosse, WI! This week gives us a chance to honor these citizen’s contributions along with caregivers, families, friends, and volunteers of our community.

This year’s National Assisted Living Week theme is the “Magic of Music.” St. Michael’s Assisted Living will be holding a number of events throughout the week to show appreciation to our residents, caregivers, families, friends and volunteers.

  • Tuesday, September 9: “Double Knot Medley” will perform at 2 p.m., refreshments to follow featuring Blushing Apple Bars!
  • Wednesday, September 10: Doris Ruben and Pastor Greg will regale us with their lively singing and guitar selections at 2 p.m. At 5:45 p.m. join us for a campfire with songs and a fireside chat complete with S’mores! At 7 p.m. the St. Michael’s Lutheran Church choir and brass ensemble will perform.
