We offer a variety of services and programs in a Christian setting, meeting people’s individual needs.
Chaplaincy
At each of our locations, providing Christ-centered care is our purpose. Ordained chaplains and local pastors serve residents by leading Bible studies, worship services and offering personal spiritual counseling, if desired.
Senior Living
We offer both independent senior living and assisted living services in Minnesota and Wisconsin.
In Belle Plaine, Minnesota, Kingsway Retirement Living offers independent and assisted living. Boessling Lutheran Village Apartments offers affordable senior living.
WelLHaven Senior Apartments in River Falls, Wisconsin, offers independent senior living and assisted living services.
Heritage Homes in Watertown, Wisconsin, offers independent living and assisted living.
The Lutheran Home: Cedar Haven in Mankato, Minnesota, provides assisted living.
Skilled Nursing Care
The Lutheran Home: Belle Plaine in Minnesota and The Lutheran Home: River Falls and St. Michael’s Lutheran Home in Wisconsin provide rehabilitative, short-term care and long-term nursing care. Respite care and hospice services are also available.
Alzheimer’s Care
Memory care is offered at Kingsway Retirement Living and The Lutheran Home: Belle Plaine’s Special Care Residence in Belle Plaine, Minnesota.
St. Michael’s Lutheran Home in Fountain City, Wisconsin and The Lutheran Home: River Falls in Wisconsin offer adult day care services.
In Watertown, Wisconsin, memory is coming soon! The grand opening and dedication for Heritage Homes Assisted Living and Memory Care is November 6, 2010.
Disabilities
We serve people with intellectual and developmental disabilities through The Lutheran Home: Hope Residence and our national outreach ministry program, Jesus Cares Ministries.
Faith Residence Apartments in Belle Plaine, Minnesota, offers apartments for people with disabilities 18 or older who meet HUD (Housing and Urban Development) requirements.
Rehabilitative Therapies
We partner with therapy providers to offer physical, speech and occupational therapies at The Lutheran Home: Belle Plaine’s Wellness & Rehabilitation Center in Minnesota, St. Michael’s Lutheran Home and The Lutheran Home: River Falls in Wisconsin.
Summer Ministry Experience
This 2-month program provides college students with a unique opportunity to learn about serving people with special needs.
