Chaplaincy
Providing Christ-centered care is at the heart of what we do. Opportunities abound for sharing the love of Jesus with people who use our services.
At each of our locations, we provide chaplaincy services that include Bible studies, worship services, devotions and personal visits. Ordained pastors serve as chaplains at each of our locations. Full-time chaplains serve at The Lutheran Home Campuses in Belle Plaine, Minnesota, and River Falls, Wisconsin. Semi-retired and area pastors serve at Heritage Homes in Watertown, Wisconsin; St. Michael’s Lutheran Home in Fountain City, Wisconsin; and The Lutheran Home: Cedar Haven in Mankato, Minnesota.

He feels blessed to be able to share the Good News of the Gospel at our new assisted living and memory care community and enjoys the opportunity to develop programs to reach the older adults, especially those who need memory care. He’s not a stranger to Watertown—it’s his wife’s hometown and where they married. He also graduated from Northwestern College here before studying at Wisconsin Lutheran Seminary. In his free time, he enjoys camping with his family, working outside and working in his woodshop. Pastor Uhlhorn can be reached at (920) 567-2001 or rwuhlhorn@tlha.org.
