We understand the important decision to help your loved one find a home. We are here to help you and your loved one. Each of our care communities are designed for your loved one to thrive. With care communities include independent living (IL), assisted living (AL), memory care (MC), skilled nursing (SNF), disability housing (DH) and more, our care teams are equipped to provide quality Christian care. Our approach to caring for your loved one is to provide Christ-centered care. We do this through a variety of service offering:

    • Chaplaincy —  Providing Christ-centered care is at the heart of what we do. Opportunities abound for sharing the love of Jesus with people who use our services. At each of our locations, we provide chaplaincy services that include Bible studies, worship services, devotions and personal visits. Ordained pastors serve as chaplains at each of our locations.
    • Memory Care/Alzheimer’s — Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia subtly rob people of many of their memories. We are committed to providing a safe, comfortable and engaging environment designed to meet the needs of those suffering from Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia.
