Highland Regency House Announces Rescheduled Grand Opening Celebration

Marketing August 13, 2014

NEW ULM, MINN., August 13, 2014 – Highland Regency House, a new senior independent living apartment community in New Ulm, Minn., has rescheduled its grand opening celebration for Saturday and Sunday, September 20-21, 2014 from 11 a.m. – 3 p.m.

The rescheduling of the event is due to an accident involving severe damage to the outdoor electrical transformer by a contractor. The damages significantly impacted the buildings electrical services. Crews are working to fix the areas of impact. Fortunately, no one was hurt or injured during the incident.

“We are extremely fortunate that the damage was contained and no one was hurt or injured,” said Michael Klatt, chief executive officer and president of The Lutheran Home Association, the management company for Highland Regency House. “Rescheduling the grand opening event allows us time to correct any issues and move residents into their new home as soon as possible. We look forward to celebrating with the community and residents next month. We want to thank the New Ulm police, fire and public works departments for their assistance during this time. “

Highland Regency House is currently leasing for September. To learn more or to schedule a tour, visit www.highlandregencyhouse.com or call (507) 359-2280.
