George and Marilyn celebrate 71 years together
This year has been difficult for everyone, but there’s still so much to be thankful for. As safety regulations have changed, TLHA has been quick to respond in how we care for the residents in our communities.
But for Heritage Homes in Watertown, Wisconsin, the availability of outdoor visits with loved ones couldn’t have begun at a better time.
Heritage Homes resident Marilyn Hackbarth and her husband, George, were able to spend time together in the sunshine to celebrate a very special milestone—their 71st wedding anniversary!
Heritage Homes team members decorated the fence between the couple with streamers and balloons, and the couple’s family donated a cake to honor their anniversary.
Living in uncertain times like these has brought about many changes, but celebrating the love and commitment of Marilyn and George is a reminder that God continues to provide so much that we can all be thankful for!
