Job Description: Our disability care community is seeking a Trained Medication Aide (TMA) to work with our clients.
We are looking for a caring and compassionate person to provide medical care for our clients. The primary responsibilities of this position would include preparing and administering medications to clients No matter your role at Hope, you will have the opportunity to share eternal hope, provide hope and inspire hope through the work you do every day.
Responsibilities and duties:
- Prepare and administer medications as prescribed by the physician*
- Accompany clients on medical appointments**
- Work under and closely with the licensed nurses team members**
- Provide optimal medical care for our clients*
Qualifications and skills:
- Compassionate and caring demeanor
- Ability to build rapport with the clients and have a sincere interest in client-centered care
- Must be a graduate of high school
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and written communication skills
For this position, Hope Residence currently has part-time trained medication aide.
