Meet the Team: Having fun while working!
When asked about the favorite part of his job, Kenny Torres simply replied, “It’s always fun!” Kenny has been the resident assistant evening shift lead at The Lutheran Home: Cedar Haven for nearly two years.

Kenny is responsible for supporting the residents with daily living including passing medications, bathing and washing, dressing, cooking and providing other resident cares.
“I appreciate the challenge that comes with caring and assisting our residents. I’m very proud to be part of the team at Cedar Haven,” Kenny said, “I look forward to coming to work. It’s very fulfilling to make a difference in the resident’s lives.”
In his leadership position, Kenny is responsible for training new hires at Cedar Haven.
“He always does an excellent job and is frequently going above and beyond. He isn’t afraid of hard work and constantly has a great attitude,” said Elli Fuller, administrator at Cedar Haven.
