Since starting in 2007, Scott has made a positive impact on TLHA. He works with voice and data network support and has proven to be a major help with problems that arise at TLHA. Scott is very patient, calm and methodical when working with staff and solving problems and strives to get things right the first time. He also takes the time to understand the problem and helps to make employees more efficient. Along with his great work ethic, Scott brings a friendly attitude to this organization, willing to help wherever he is needed.
