Erica possesses a high level of compassion and heart our residents and their loved ones can’t help but notice, respond to and appreciate.
Erica has worked at The Lutheran Home: Cedar Haven for three years. She’s colorful, and that can be taken literally: She drives a lime green car with zebra print seat covers and likes to wear brightly colored scrubs — the brighter the better — complete with matching hair tie.
This is a reflection of her personality. She’s a people person for sure, very friendly and outgoing. She is also able to keep her cool and remain professional when dealing with difficult circumstances.
