Honoring our team members
During its annual board and leadership retreat in Jordan, Minn., The Lutheran Home Association (TLHA) recognized several team members celebrating milestone anniversaries with TLHA. St. Michael’s administrator Tiffany Olson was recognized for 25 years of service.
“I feel privileged to work for TLHA, specifically St. Michael’s Assisted Living. The last 25 years have flown by. I enjoy working with the residents, their family members, our caregivers and volunteers everyday. I hope I bring as much joy to their lives as they bring to mine! My goal for the last 25 years has been to always leave work knowing that I have made at least one persons day better, happier or more complete; that is also my goal for the next 25, God willing,” said Tiffany.
