An opportunity of a lifetime
On Nov. 2, Wellhaven Senior Living tenant Glen Wiese began a journey of a lifetime. Glen served in the United States Army in the finance department. He handled claims from soldiers and their paperwork from World War II.
Glen was recently selected to join Pastor Curt Seefeldt for Inspire with Hope Gala at the Milwaukee County War Memorial Center in Milwaukee. The Gala honored and celebrated The Lutheran Home Association’s 120th year anniversary.
The Gala featured guest speaker and 2018 Inspiration of Hope award recipient, Gen. Stanley McChrystal. The event recognized The Lutheran Home Association’s Christian and military heritage. Glen Special thanks to Sandra Smith Wurm and the First National Bank of River Falls for sponsoring Glen’s attendance to the Gala.
