Celebrating our seniors
A sunny afternoon in River Falls provided the perfect weather for an outdoor picnic. On Thursday, Sept. 6, more than 120 people attended a Senior Picnic, hosted by Wellhaven Senior Living. The second annual event was held in honor of National Senior Center month.
Wellhaven tenants, along with friends, family and River Falls area seniors, were treated to a chicken dinner with corn on the cob and fresh berries.
“The setting provided the perfect place for attendees to spend the afternoon enjoying one another’s company and the beautiful fall weather,” explained Laura Swanson, Activities Coordinator & Marketing Assistant at Wellhaven.
