Mother’s & Father’s Day celebrations at Wellhaven

Mothers from Wellhaven and the River Falls community were honored at Wellhaven’s Mother’s Day celebration held on May 11. More than 90 guests enjoyed hors d’oeuvres and a musical performance by JC Rock. The celebration provided a wonderful time for guests to pause and consider how much their mother has made an impact on one’s life.
“It was a joy to have everyone gathered together to celebrate mothers. It was a lovely time to simply enjoy each other’s company,” said Laura Swanson, Activities Coordinator at Wellhaven.

Wellhaven tenants and River Falls community members celebrated Father’s Day with a Men’s BBQ on June 15.
“We wanted to celebrate all senior men; not just fathers. That’s why we call it a Men’s BBQ,” said Tiffany Olson, Administrator at Wellhaven. “Their lives make a positive impact within our families, at our jobs and in our communities. Thank you to everyone who joined us to recognize their invaluable contributions.”
