Groundbreaking for New Independent Senior Living Complex
NEW ULM, MN – November, 6, 2013 – The Lutheran Home Association (TLHA), a national ministry offering healthcare, housing and spiritual outreach services, participated in a groundbreaking ceremony for the Highland Regency House, a new independent senior living complex, where they will provide property management services. Community members joined investment, development and management partners to celebrate the groundbreaking of Highland Regency House yesterday in New Ulm, Minnesota.
Anton A Doneff, Sr., president of Hometown Apartment Communities and developer of the project, kicked off the ceremony with a short speech.

Highland Regency House will consist of 50 units located at 1520 Sunset Avenue next to Martin Luther College’s new Early Childhood Learning Center. The units will be 1 and 2 bedrooms. The complex will be a three story building with underground parking and include a community room for resident and community events and activities. The complex is anticipated to open in August 2014.

Welsh Construction is the general contractor and The Lutheran Home Association (TLHA) is providing management services.
