Highland Regency House Names Barbara Weicherding as Property Manager

HRH 1bNEW ULM, MINN., August 4, 2014 – Highland Regency House, a new senior independent living apartment community in New Ulm, Minn., welcomes new property manager, Barbara Weicherding. As property manager, Weicherding is responsible for the day-to-day management of the facility which includes marketing, finance, administrative duties and maintenance.

Weicherding brings 30 years of customer service experience to Highland Regency House. Prior to joining Highland Regency House, Weicherding worked for the University of Minnesota in Carver County and Sleepy Eye and at the Brown County Courthouse as a county recorder. 

“With Barb’s experience and customer services skills, she will provide an immediate impact to Highland Regency House,” said Michael Klatt, chief executive officer and president of The Lutheran Home Association, the management company for Highland Regency House. “As we move from the building phase to occupancy, Barb’s knowledge and expertise will be a significant factor in our success.”
