Kingsway Retirement Living names Dylan Stallings as Nurse Manager

Kingsway Senior Living April 22, 2021

Kingsway Retirement Living, a ministry of The Lutheran Home Association (THLA), recently named Dylan Stallings as nurse manager. Kingsway offers independent living, assisted living, and memory care. By providing a full continuum of care for every stage of the aging process, residents can stay independent, active, and fully supported.

As nurse manager, Stallings will provide direct nursing care to the residents, coordinate patient care and outcomes with Kingsway’s care team, and maintain a high level of quality care.

“Dylan has already shown he is passionate about our residents and team members,” said Joel Ulland, housing manager at Kingsway. “He is professional, goal-oriented, and demonstrates a clear passion for providing excellent care for our residents.”

Stallings joined the Kingsway nursing team in January and began his duties as nurse manager in March. His background includes serving as a registered nurse care manager, an Amazon onsite medical representative, and a paramedic for Hennepin County.

Stallings’s educational background includes a degree in paramedicine from Century College in 2006 and an associate degree in nursing from Rasmussen College in 2018. He is also a certified CPR instructor and a first response trainer.

“Starting as a team member at Kingsway allowed me to see that the community was a place, I could see growing my career,” Stallings said. “When the nurse manager position became available, it was an easy decision to see where it could lead. It’s a privilege to move into a leadership role.”
