We are pleased to announce Mark Hayes will serve as the Interim Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of The Lutheran Home Association effective Friday, May 20, 2022. Christopher Meyer has chosen to submit his resignation from his position as CEO.
During his tenure with our ministry, Chris oversaw major changes in the healthcare industry. Under his leadership, we navigated the Coronavirus as we experienced significant changes in staffing and caregiving. The Board wishes Chris the best of luck in his future endeavors.

The Board of Directors appointed Mark Hayes as the Interim CEO. The Board will begin the process of permanently filling the position.
Mark has been on the executive leadership team since 2017 in the role of the VP of Mission Advancement and then as the President of Ministry since 2020. Mark has a rich background in outreach, strategic planning, ministry development, and leadership. He earned a Bachelor of Liberal Arts degree from Northwestern College in Watertown, Wisconsin, and a Master of Divinity from Wisconsin Lutheran Seminary in Mequon, Wisconsin.
The Board has every confidence in our team members’ ability to make this a smooth transition for our team, residents, and family members. Thank you for your ongoing support of our ministry.
