New Directors Join The Lutheran Home Association Board of Directors
BELLE PLAINE, MINN. January 20, 2015 — The Lutheran Home Association (TLHA), a non-profit health care and disability ministry, recently added new members to its Board of Directors. At TLHA’s annual meeting, Chairman Arvid Schwartz welcomed new board members. New members of the TLHA Board of Directors include:
- Jeff Davis, Lake Mills, Wis.
- Wayne Larson, Belle Plaine, Minn.
- David Oldenburg, Fond du Lac, Wis.
- Tim Schuth, Plato, Minn.
- Rev. Elton Stroh, Sun Prairie, Wis.
The board members provide oversight in the governing of the organization, participate in committees focused on specific aspects, such as spiritual care and financial performance, in addition raise and manage funds and distribute them appropriately.
The board meets regularly with the President and CEO and executive leadership to review the ongoing operation of the organization and to provide strategic direction for our ministry. The members of this Board actively support the development of our ministry.
The board is governed by a Chair, assisted by a Vice Chair, Secretary and Treasurer.
