St. Michael’s Assisted Living Partners with SeniorWell
Fountain City, WI (December 6, 2019) — The St. Michael’s Assisted Living community recently announced a partnership with SeniorWell to offer residents onsite healthcare. Through this new partnership, residents will have access to four core services—audiology, dental, optometry, and podiatry—within this care community. All services offered are specifically tailored to meet the needs of each individual senior.
“We are focused on giving our residents the best care experience. The partnership with SeniorWell allows us to offer a variety of services within our care community and help our residents stay healthy,” said Tiffany Olson, administrator at St. Michael’s.
SeniorWell providers are local, licensed, and credentialed audiologists, dentists, optometrists, and podiatrists. Trained clinical assistants come to each visit along with the physicians, and their mutual goal is to provide care that ensures patients have the best quality of life possible.
“Today, there are more than 46 million adults ages 65 and older living in the U.S. By 2050, that number is expected to grow to almost 90 million. SeniorWell is changing the face of medicine by creating greater accessibility to healthcare for the geriatric population. With this growing population of senior citizens in the country comes a greater challenge for providing care to this underserved group.
