The Lutheran Home Association hires Barbara Weicherding as Housing and Marketing Manager for new senior living facility in Belle Plaine
BELLE PLAINE, MINN. August 15, 2016 — The Lutheran Home Association, a national non-profit health care and disability ministry, named Barbara Weicherding as Housing and Marketing Manager for its new senior living facility in Belle Plaine, Minn., KingsPath Senior Living. Weicherding is responsible for the day-to-day management of the facility which includes marketing, finance, administrative duties and maintenance.
Weicherding will continue her role as property manager at Highland Regency House, an independent living facility, in New Ulm, Minn. Highland Regency House is managed by The Lutheran Home Association.
“I’m excited to expand my role within The Lutheran Home Association and grow in my career,” said Weicherding. “Working with seniors and helping them find a new home is rewarding and I look forward to helping more individuals.”
Prior to working for TLHA, Weicherding worked for the University of Minnesota Extension in Carver County and Sleepy Eye and at the Brown County Courthouse as a county recorder.
“With Barbara’s proven success and dedication to our ministry, she will continue to provide assistance to seniors,” said Mariann Wiebusch, Vice President of Operations for The Lutheran Home Association. “Barbara’s knowledge and experience will be a significant factor in success as we complete construction of KingsPath Senior Living and welcome residents to their new home.”
