The Lutheran Home: Belle Plaine names Rick Krant as Administrator
Belle Plaine, MN (July 25, 2022) – The Lutheran Home: Belle Plaine, a ministry of The Lutheran Home Association (TLHA), has named Rick Krant as Administrator. The Lutheran Home: Belle Plaine is a skilled nursing facility that works closely with residents, their families, and physicians to develop individualized care plans that fit each resident’s specific needs and abilities, providing compassionate and appropriate care.
Rick previously worked at TLHA for 29 years (1980 to 2009). During his tenure, he served as a Nursing Assistant, Registered Nurse, Director of Nursing, and Administrator. He obtained his Administrator license in 2002. Since his departure from TLHA, Rick has served as Administrator at other organizations including the Thro Company and most recently Auburn Home and Services. Rick also taught at the University of Minnesota-Mankato as Adjunct Faculty where he taught gerontological nursing theory and health care finance for nursing home/health care administration.

Rick will be starting his role as the Administrator of The Lutheran Home: Belle Plaine on August 30, 2022.
