Afternoon surprise for tenants
Each month, our Wellhaven tenants receive a calendar full of events. Most are familiar to them, as many are reoccurring. Every once in a while, though, we surprise our tenants with something new.
One Saturday in late November we surprised them with a pizza party. “Prior to the pandemic, we used to host pizza parties all the time. It was a fun activity to bring back and our team enjoyed surprising the tenants,” said Beth Ann Schultz, Wellhaven manager. The tenants enjoyed the afternoon so much that they asked for a monthly pizza party.
