Hope team member updates
Hope Residence recently promoted two team members. Kayla Trocke accepted a new role at Hope Residence as the Human Resources Director. She has been serving as the Program Manager/Designated Coordinator for 151 Hope Circle for the past four years.
“As Hope continues to strive to hire compassionate and competent team members, Kayla has the benefit of knowing what our expectations and needs are for team members we bring to Hope. I am confident she will do a wonderful job in her new role,” said Debra Wilbright, Director of Disability Services.
Abby Luskey has been selected as the new Program Manager/Designated Coordinator for 151 Hope Circle. Abby has been serving as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) at Hope Residence for the past five and half years. In addition, she has been certified as a Trained Medication Aide and DSP Preceptor. While employed at Hope, she obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology with a minor in communication disorders.
“Abby has more than ten years of experience caring for individuals with special needs. Her background and experience gives her a great understanding of what is needed in the Program Manager/Designated Coordinator position,” said Debra.
Congratulations to Kayla and Abby! Thank you for your faithful service and passion for our ministry! We are blessed to have both of you as a part of our team.
