Staying Strong

Thanks to a new partnership with Live 2 B Healthy, our tenants have access to inhouse exercise classes. These classes, held three times a week, focus on strengthening muscles and helping seniors keep their independence.
Certified trainers lead the classes and adapt all of the exercises for individuals with all levels of abilities to ensure everyone participates.
