Taking the time to greet everyone at St. Michael’s

It’s not a new policy or even something Administrator Tiffany Olson even has to remind team members of, it’s just something that happens at St. Michael’s Assisted Living.

StMichaelsVertical4Color.jpgWhenever a guest enters the facility, all team members take a break from what they are working on to engage and welcome guests.

“They find out where the guest needs to go and who they need to see,” explained Tiffany, “Each team member just does it very well. It’s something that comes second hand to all of them. They are phenomenal. I don’t have to teach that or remind anybody, it just comes naturally to all of them.”
This “not policy” provides a wonderful experience for all who visit St. Michael’s and helps to leave a good impression of the facility.
