Your gifts brought smiles of joy

Because of your generosity, Chaplain Patrick Feldhus had the opportunity to plan the second annual Camp Hope for residents with special needs at Hope Residence in Belle Plaine, Minn. With a theme of “2020 Vision,” Pastor Feldhus used a play on words for 20/20 vision and how even in the midst of challenges, we can still see Jesus’ hope in our lives.
From hearing special devotions to taking old-time photos to visiting Barnyard Buddies, all of the residents enjoyed this unique and now annual event.
“I liked everything about the camp. I had a lot of fun,” Joyce, a Hope resident, said.
“My favorite part of the camp is watching the joy spread across the residents’ faces,” said Megan Lambrecht, Therapeutic Recreation Director. “We love being able to continue this tradition at Hope.”
Share a gift to support the work and creativity of Pastor Feldhus and our Hope team members.
