Meet our Team: Jennifer, instrumental in our caring culture
Jennifer, Staffing Coordinator at Kingsway Retirement Living in Belle Plaine, Minn.
Jennifer started her career with The Lutheran Home Association in 2005 as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) at Hope Residence. Three years later, she transferred to Kingsway Retirement Living as a Home Health Aide (HHA).
Jennifer witnessed the ramp up of operations and the admission of the initial group of Kingsway Retirement Living residents. She was part of a team instrumental in the creation of a culture of care for which Kingsway is recognized.
Currently, Jennifer fills the role of Staffing Coordinator and is responsible for HHA scheduling, clerical duties, coordination of in-services, orientation and educational opportunities at Kingsway.
