Meet the Team
Elly Brenna is often the first team member to greet a guest at Wellhaven Senior Living. She knows how important the impression she makes can be.
“It’s important for guests and tenants to be greeted at the door with a smile and a warm welcome. I am happy to offer support or provide information. I like everyone to feel comfortable,” she said.
As Wellhaven’s receptionist, Elly’s main responsibilities include handling the phones, greeting guests and administrative tasks.
“She’s an excellent team member. She has a bubbly and positive personality. She’s always willing to fulfill any request from our tenants or guests,” said Beth Ann Schultz, manager at Wellhaven.
Elly has been a team member at Wellhaven for three years, but growing up in River Falls allowed her meet most tenants previously.
“It’s so wonderful to interact with tenants I’ve known for years. If I don’t know them, I often know their children or grandchildren,” Elly explained.
