The power of painting
Artist Lana Beck recently led a painting class for residents, family members and team members at the Skilled Nursing Facility. In honor of Valentine’s Day, the painting featured several hearts.
“It’s fun to see everyone gathered together to enjoy the creative process,” explained Lana. “During the class, we see smiles of confidence, struggles of perfection and enjoy the comradery of being together while rediscovering the power of a single stroke of paint. It’s wonderful to be able to say ‘I did it!’”
